In this introductory workshop, Dorothy Fitzer will teach you how to utilize some of the most practical and effective aspects of qi gong and taoist breathing to reduce stress, release tension, and achieve a state of internal calm and comfort.

Dorothy is a Somatic Psychotherapist specializing in helping her clients overcome both the psychological and physiological effects of chronic stress and trauma. With 33 years of experience in a wide variety of somatic practices, she is certified in multiple forms of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Taoist Breathing, the Feldenkrais Method, and Somatic Experiencing.

You will leave knowing how to integrate these techniques within a couple of simple, easy to learn qi gong movements as well as how to integrate them into day to day life. One of Dorothy's greatest joys is sharing the knowledge she's accrued to empower people in their own healing process.
